With higher oxidation strength, the 30 Vol. developer opens the cuticle enough to lift the natural pigment 2–3 levels while depositing colour decisively. Panthenol protects the internal structure of the fibre, keeping flexibility and hydration throughout the process. This activator is perfect for intense warm shades such as reds, coppers and golden blondes, enhancing reflection and brilliance without compromising hair condition.
Use: Contains hydrogen peroxide. Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice. Use suitable gloves. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool place. PROFESSIONAL USE ONLY.
How To Use
Mix with colour in a 1 : 1.5 ratio.
