How to Use
Peel the disposable file and apply onto the EXPERT 22 base.
Choose grit based on the task:
• 100 grit → shaping / thickness reduction
• 150 grit → refining / shaping
• 180 grit → smoothing
• 240 grit → final prep
File using gentle, controlled strokes.
Remove and dispose after use.
Always start with lower grit (100/150) and finish with higher grit (180/240). Use 240 grit before gel polish for better adhesion and longer retention. Perfect upsell with buffs (Prep → Shape → Finish).
